After experiencing migraines almost daily for two years, I found Dr. Tomanelli and now I’m having many more good days than bad! With his care, concern and expert knowledge, I finally have hope for living a pain-free life. Dr. Tomanelli and his office manager, Susan, truly care about each patient. Dr. Tomanelli has been my chiropractor for approximately twenty years! I would not want to go to anyone else. From my neck and shoulder problems to a protruding disc, he has brought me through it all! I still go for maintenance to keep everything aligned. I highly recommend him. I had a very good experience from the reception to the Doctor ! Treated me with respect and showed concern of my condition. Made me feel very comfortable and at home!! I’ve had Chriopractors in the past but never have I been so pleased. After a month I’m as close to pain free as I’ve been in years. Can’t say enough about the care they have given me. I’ve been going to Atlas Total Heath in St.Elmo for over a year now and have never felt better! Dr. Tomanelli And Susan have felt me feel at ease and taken care of every time I step foot in this office. I came in originally with tension headaches and lower back pain due to my high intensity job at a bar, now I go in one a month and can make it through my days at work completely pain free. I recommend this office anytime I get the chance!!! These people truly make you feel like family!

Dr. Tomanelli and Susan are wonderful! I’ve gotten excellent care from Dr. Tomanelli for muscle spasms and a herniated disc. He always makes sure to check anything else that might be bothering me and genuinely wants you to feel as good as you can when you leave. Susan is always kind and friendly. She went above and beyond to see if they were in my insurance network. She’s accommodating to my schedule and I always feel welcome when I come in for an appointment.

Dr. Doaglas Tomanelli and his staff are incredible! The level of care and compassion is amazing.Along with a relaxing environment.I work in construction and I've battled sciatica for 21 years.Due to a long commute, I wasn't getting enough treatment at my original chiro.I decided to try Atlas and I'm glad I did.After getting adjustments in combination with therapy(muscle stim and massage bed)my symptoms and pain levels have dropped dramatically. I now have better mobility and overall mood.I'm excited to continue my care here.

Douglas C. Tomanelli, D.C. has been involved with sports all his life and is very familiar with many types of sprain/strain injuries. He studied Biology at Suffolk College in Long Island, New York. He furthered his studies at Life University in Marietta, Georgia where he attained his Doctorate of Chiropractic. He has attended many postgraduate studies on Whiplash injuries, Rehabilitation, and other treatments.
