My first experience was amazing. The staff were warm and welcoming, and Dr Nelson took plenty of time with me to go over my concerns and ease my worries. "The most professional Doctor and nicest office I have ever been in. Such a relief that there really are Doctors in this world who take the time to listen to their patients. Dr. Earl Alexander and his staff are just amazing. I had been suffering with lower pain for months and seen other Doctors with no relief. I cannot brag enough about how Dr. Alex and the entire staff are so wonderful! Very educational for me at every visit as they are truly concerned of my well being and explain everything thoroughly through each step.Today starts my 3rd week in therapy and I already feel physically and mentally better than I have in a decade. I'm extremely grateful for their total care and look forward to each and every visit as I KNOW upon leaving I will feel amazing and ready to seize the day.I've been to chiropractic therapy many times throughout my life, but this one boldly stands out to me. They care, they educate, and take the time with me to do actual stretching and table therapy, inversion table, before my adjustments. ... whereas most places have not offered these extra perks. Dr. Topel earned his Doctorate in Chiropractic and his B.S. degree in human biology from Logan University in St. Louis, MO.

Dr. Joel Nelson was born and raised in Buffalo, NY. He studied Pre-Med at Niagara University. Prior to starting his doctoral program, Dr. Nelson was a Research Scientist at the University at Buffalo and University of Utah where he performed research pertaining to autoimmune disorders and anti-inflammatory mediators.
