Atlas Total Health Chiropractic is not just a practice; it’s a culmination of years of dedication and passion. Our journey began in 1996 when Dr. Tomasino co-founded a chiropractic practice with a vision to make a difference in people’s lives. Fast forward to 2015, and a transformative shift led to the birth of Atlas Total Health Chiropractic. With Dr. Tomasino and our team of doctors, we’ve continued our mission of serving the greater Chattanooga community with over 120 years of collective experience.

Beyond providing chiropractic care, we’re committed to fostering a culture of wellness and patient-centered healing. Our shift as a business has provided an opportunity for us to expand our  focus to include wellness, prenatal care, and pediatric patients.
